RESTONUM  is used for the dietary management of disorders of the economy in the states of iron and magnesium and their shortages, and in the course of a secondary form of RLS - restless leg syndrome. Contains L-aspartate magnesium, magnesium carbonate, iron fumarate, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. Iron - helps in proper production of red blood cells, hemoglobin and oxygen transport in the body. It also helps to maintain normal energy metabolism. Magnesium - helps maintain electrolyte balance and contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism. Magnesium helps in the proper functioning of muscles. Vitamin C - increases absorption of iron. Vitamin B6 and B12 - help to maintain normal energy metabolism.

DIRECTIONS: 1 tablet 2 times a day. It must be taken on an empty stomach one hour before meals or two hours after it, with plenty of water.
